Ridgewater Townhomes is proudly located within the highly rated Saline Area Schools district, offering residents access to excellent public schools while being just minutes from downtown Saline and Ann Arbor.

At the time of application, a $50 application fee is required for each applicant age 18 or older (all occupants age 18+ must be listed as leaseholders), along with a $250 administrative fee per apartment. All fees are non-refundable, are due at the time of application, and must be paid online through our application portal.

Ridgewater Townhomes utilizes a third-party screening provider to process all applications, including income verification. Total household gross income must generally equal at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

Security deposit requirements are based on screening results and may range from $500 up to one month's rent. Qualified applicants may be eligible for an alternative deposit program in lieu of a traditional security deposit, subject to an additional monthly fee.

Ridgewater Townhomes is a professionally managed luxury rental community. All homes are available exclusively for lease, allowing you to enjoy the space and privacy of a townhome without the responsibilities of homeownership.

Yes. Ridgewater Townhomes is a smoke-free community, providing a cleaner and healthier living environment for all residents.

Yes! Ridgewater Townhomes welcomes both cats and dogs. All pets must be registered through PetScreening, and there are no weight restrictions. A one-time pet fee of $400 per pet and monthly pet rent of $60 per pet apply.

Yes! Ridgewater Townhomes features a dedicated on-site maintenance team to provide prompt, professional service and help keep your home in excellent condition.

Yes! Every townhome includes a private attached garage and driveway parking. Additional guest parking is conveniently located throughout the community for visitors.

Monthly rent includes trash service, lawn care, snow removal, pest control, and professional on-site maintenance. Utilities such as water, sewer, natural gas, and electricity are billed separately.
